Saw a PISS friend at the market !

This is the world's best Muscadet, and the best oyster wine. Ever. Says the sommelier who works in an oyster bar.

Such a great wine to accompany oysters/seafood, also a great lunchtime drinker, great acidity, definitely lees, but with a little air everything came together.
