Clisson Muscadet Sèvre et Maine Melon de Bourgogne

Probably the greatest musxadet I have ever had! Mature, but showing youth, salinity, mineral, really nice refined edges from the lees aging and bottle age. Lots of gorgeous citrus fruit splashed on granite!

Game time.

Amazing.

Saturday night's all right, especially when you start with a 3L of Muscadet.

So different from the 07. Still rad. But more fruit and rock versus sea.
