Alone it was a bit sharp and grassy. With scallops it was perfect.... everything melds together in a story about the sea air passing over the vineyards. Wedding invite label looked good on the table. And under $20. Winner winner scallop dinner.

A good ol standby. Value for your dollar.
N:Very grassy w lime peel, green apple and salt
P: Just a hint of frizzante, green apple, rounder than the nose might lead one to think, but the acids cut it off and refresh the palate. Some honeydew and lots of minerality.

Another coravin. Pale but has a hint of gold. Smells like tempier but with something else. Taste of peaches and citrus. Light acid. Dry. Smoother than the Les Grans Moultons.
