Pale straw hints of green, very neutral, white flowers, creme fraiche, salinity, lees, minerality, green apple, tart citrus, parsley, cilantro, residual gas, touch of phenolics. High acidity, 12%. Blinded this twice: called it Riesling first time and Chablis the second time in a month. 🤦‍♀️

1-23. $17. Good with shrimp.

Lovely Weds Wine. Peach, citrus, pear, green apple jolly rancher. A new favorite for sure.
