Pinot Noir from older vines from a tiny parcel in the Cluny hills, in the northwest of the Mâconnais. Biodynamic farming. Whole-cluster. Minimal intervention. Aged for 10 months in used oak barrels. Lively nose. Juicy red fruit (Strawberry, strawberry jam, raspberry) some white pepper and earthy notes. Noticeable tannins, would benefit from some time in cellar.
