Glou glou goodness. Did not last long.

Trousseau glou Glou for dayz that looks like pure plousard in the glass. Complex koolaid for big kids. Mostly stemmed, lots of skin contact, about 7 months, no pigeage, no pump overs, no added yeast, no fining or filtration.

Light, bright, complex with subtle earthiness.

Bliss.

Doften magisk, mineral, lingon.
Smaken är krämig, pepprig, hög lekande syra med lingonton. Lägger sig som bomull i munnen.

Could have been better if it was served @ right temp. #cellarsmatter
