Very affordable sparkling wine with Mauzac Blanc as a traditional main ingredient. The wine is very dry, with pleasantly underdeveloped honey and green apple character. The best description, it is a quiet Chardonnay.

Cidery/Apple notes, clean fizz and clean finish. Fun to try an off-Champagne sparkling
