Apr 26th, 2018It would appear as though these wines need time, however, the 2015 right now is showing just enough to prove otherwise when caught at the right moment. Riper fruit, savory as well. showing it’s signs of the warmer vintage. When this shuts down, I’d wait awhile before trying to open.
