Citrus, under ripe, cold apples, acid. The bubble were a bit mouth drying and overall I found wine to be a bit thin. I much preferred the other Loire Crémant.

Very pale yellow/ivory. Keeps an even keel between chenin and chardonnay, lovely nose, unripe pear and green apple with bracing acidity on the palate. Delicious for brunch with squash omelette and sockeye.
