It's 15% abv but it feels like 13. Classic nose of strawberry, cherry, licorice, olive, meat juice. The palate is rich with strawberry and cherry notes, with a bit ot savoury thing all along, some acid drive but not over-powering, gentle tannins in the rear, really caressing, before a long cherry blackberry finish with licorice notes and a savoury, meaty note with almost a pinch of salt. This packs a punch without showing any signs of it. Great stuff ! It would probably be even better with a good 5 year of age on it.
