Lavaux St. Jacques Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Pinot Noir

Pretty dense and chewy but not quite open yet. Deep red cherry on the nose and palate. Still needs a few years.

Peak of it's maturity. Showing black cherry and black raspberry that is indicative of the commune Gevrey-Chambertin. Still lovely with dark fruit and medium tannins.
