Smashed it out of the park with this inexpensive first Parisian wine purchase of the trip. Ripe enough but with typical herbal and spice notes indicative of a holistic approach in the vineyard and the winery. This is young, and thought approach / smash - able now it tastes like it would go well with a few years.
