Mmmmm great skin contact orange wine! 100% Sauvignon Blanc. 12.5% abv. Dusty, grassy nose. Citrus peel, Meyer lemon, sherry, strong acidity and tannins, but without the typical cider funkiness of other skin contact wines. Not hazy. Usually not my favorite style, but this one is an exception. Recommended by a friend. With red pepper, scallion, asparagus and spinach Spring frittata.
