Excited to watch the 2015s age. Cracked one fresh and young to see—still pretty closed, but the dark, intense fruit is there with tons of acid and firm, green tannins. Like a stew that’s just gone into the pot, and all the individual bits are showing off their solo aromas, waiting to be slow-cooked into a rich, full, new whole
