Cherry, great gamey natural table wine. Great for someone who’s never had a natural red. Beautiful deep red in color, medium texture, lingering acidity.

Dominated by a cool climate Syrah character - lavender, violet, olive. This year Syrah is 40% of the bunch, only 30% last year and the rest to Carignan. This extra splash makes this a darker, more expressive, less vibrant wine. It’s better though, with plenty of fruit. Blackberries, dark ripe raspberries, slippery texture, and good tannin.
