The wife has finesse and developed nicely over an hour, but really lacked in overall structure.

Smoky cherry nose. Pretty burgundy color. If it were milk it would be 2%. If tannins are rated 1-5, it would be 2.5. Fruit is not the dominant taste. Finish lingers. I think this wine is pretty well-balanced. I rather like it!

Excellent, right out of the bottle. It didn’t even need to breathe.

Delicious strawberry and raspberry notes. Medium to full body. A hint of oak. Elegant and fresh.
