In a good a good place and much more put together than my last bottle two years ago. Almost reticent to begin with, but the wine finally blossomed into beautiful spice notes and red tinged fruit.

Unsurprisingly this is a rich, big-bodied white wine. Dark golden color with a subtle nose of peach and flowers. The palate explodes with honey, macadamia nuts, gooseberries, game, orchard fruit flavors, sweet cream, asparagus and lime. Nice tension. Meaty. Fennel finish with oak and mineral. Rustic and bold.
