3 hour decant to let co2 resolve. Black cherry. Game. Touch of reduction. This tastes like chambolle with Corton meatiness. Tannins a bit chewy but this should be wonderful in time. Stashing my other bottle. 2015 vintage

Nez sur la cerise à l’eau de vie le café
Bouche assez stricte et ferme
Creux en milieu de bouche et finale je trouve fatiguée avec de l alcool
Je suis déçu devant un tel pédigrée et une telle année
