Color of different shades of dull purple. A little bit cloudy. Nose of dried strawberry, fermented cabbage, nice cherry jam, a bit raspberry, some spices, hint of oak, young and a bit mineral Pinot noir like. Taste of good acidity, a bit sweet, oak, good tannins, some flowering notes, fruits like raspberry, grapes, and fresh berries, earthy mineral, a bit peppery, and indeed more fresh raspberry. Aftertaste is also savory and shows a bit more zest and black pepper, just a bit short.
