Peaches apples and a bit of coconut on the nose. A little like burning lithium - burns bright, then it's gone quickly. Bright acidity up front with a unique mid palatal bite, then, it's over because it is super dry. I find this wine to be very unique and a true pleasure to drink. An ideal wine to drink on the patio on a lovely summer evening. Additionally, I love that they cultivated and vinified this spontaneous genetic mutation. Such resourcefulness!
