Dec 17th, 2015Par for the course, this was quite smooth on the palate, but otherwise
hard, tannins were still very present, somewhat more resolved than the
last time I had this but still not giving up much. I don't want to say
closed b/c I don't think this will ever become expressive, but somewhat
austere, very old school.

Jul 29th, 2021Finally an old school Burg that delights! 老派亦或古典。酒色清浅，酒体轻盈，单宁极细致却很紧密。虽清瘦而风韵不减，满满的红色花果香，貌似色调单一却复杂耐品。Very interesting though better drink itself, think too delicate for food.
