Dark ripe dark fruit with baking spice undertones with elegant minerality

first corsican red which is fun! it’s very under ripe and harsh, a little too rough on the palate for me. has some black olive and dried black fruit flavors that are interesting but not particularly delicious. maybe it will open up and mellow out.
