Jul 7th, 2024Recreation of “Judgement of Paris II” blind Pinot tasting with the addition of a bonus wine from the Central Otago:
medium ruby • very shy nose, slightly herbaceous, moderate amount of new oak • high acidity, very tannic, 13.5% ABV • overall a bit angular and disjointed at this point, would cellar for several years before approaching again

Fruits noirs et boisé au nez, un fruit pur, un bel équilibre, assez long, beau potentiel encore très jeune. 90-91
A touch of oak on the nose and some dark fruits, pure and balanced, good length and good potential, still very young.
