Beautiful nose, rich dark fruit and nicely balanced tannins, waiting to see Andrew's more eloquent prose and description!

Lots of body and stuffing. Probably a few years from completely smoothing out. 2006 vintage in January 2021. Excellent wine if not a Wow.

Took a while to open as this was very tight. Red & black fruits with a touch of wood that eventually blew off showing earth, iron, mineral, game & mocha, full bodied in a rustic style.
