Very pale lemon in colour. Aromatic overtones of Pear and ripe apple on nose and palate. Simple but refreshing at the beach in Australia. Cleansing acidity. A dry Chenin Blanc from Vouvray.

Bought a glass with dinner. Great combination of fruity/floral nose and dry taste. I was unfamiliar with Vouvray/Chenin Blanc and this wine is a great bridge between the Rieslings I love, but which can be too petrol/turpene-y, and NZ sav, which takes the tropical notes too far.
