Beaune Boucherottes-not Pommard.. this bottle was textbook Burgundy and was well preserved @ 34 years. generous nose of rose pedals and soft small berries. Pothier was a master wine maker and vineyard guardian. The wine and the man continue to live on.🍷🍷

Consumed with friends and it was classic Burgundy. Delicate and with aromatics still intact. Best to consume in the next few years.😀🍷🍷
