Great young wine. The nose was a mix of rich black and red fruit. The flavor had a good balance of earthy flavors and acid. Tannins receded after an hour.

Nariz: cereza, ciruela, regaliz y un poco de humo.

Boca: Tanino M/M+, Acidez M, Alcohol M+/alto. Balanceado y complejo pero un toque de mas de alcohol. Se puede tomar ahora, pero mejoraría si se guarda unos anos mas.

Cherry oak black currant blackberry raisins. Incense on the nose. Licorice. Kirsh. Young but vibrant. Really too early to drink despite being approachable now.

Once again, Isabelle Ferrando did a great job. Her Chateauneuf du Pape 2012 is fruity, very deep, powerful with this slight fresh touch on the finale. Really found of this winemaker!

2012. Good CDP. Needs a little age. But drinkable now.
