Cloudy pale yellow. Slight honey smell. Crisp, not too sweet, maybe a honey(?) smooth aftertaste.

Really went well with a variety of fish dishes and not a bad offering on a wine menu not known for its wine. This one had very bright acidity but more weight than I would have guessed. Nose of peaches and white flowers. Entry is more peach. Some limestone. Seemed to be a hint of grapefruit on the finish but could have been more the acidity playing with me. Better a little closer to room temp.
