Terrassen Federspiel Grüner Veltliner

Great acidity balanced against structure. Lime peel, celery, and white savory pepper on nose. Palate confirms the same with moderate round body. Pensive and drinkable.

Delicious and an amazing value

Med plus to high acidity, lemon zest, honey, slightly flint, thyme, tarragon, white pepper, green vegi, white stone.

Always a tremendous value Grunner Veltliner. Loads of spice and lentils!

This wine feel flat - lacked on every category in my book.

Fantastic medium bodied gruner veltliner that allows you to taste the dry, rocky terraces upon which the grapes were grown. Fantastic.

Not my favourite example of this grape. It’s a good wine, but it’s far more fuller-bodied & buttery than I like. I find the flavours are missing that brightness & crispness or other Grüner Veltliners.

Pale with faint green tint. Apple and melon aromas. Initial sweet honey that turns into mineral with an abrupt acid finish.

Great with comté cheese.

Crisp for summer!

Nice Gruner from the Wachau - definitely a step above the norm, perhaps literally as it is the "terrassen". Mouth coating with a long finish, intense minerality.
