Fumé Blanc Dry Sonoma County Sauvignon Blanc

Quite nice with pan fried trout ($14). Citrusy Sauvignon Blanc with light acidity and minerality.

Had a glass at a friends and really enjoyed. I thought it compares well and maybe even outshines other offerings of fume blanc in this price range.

Has a bit of a sour taste.

Exceptional. Light and grassy with a touch of apple and cream.

Went great with shrimp n grits!

$11 Good for the price.

Tasty and a great value.

Crisp and clean, great for a nice hot day on the patio.

"Fresh opened can of tennis balls" I've heard this as a description for sauv blanc but I've never actually appreciated it until this wine tonight. Not the first time I've had it. Definitely solid.
