Opened this beauty to celebrate a birthday and enjoy with my parents over our favorite pizza. Not the best pairing but delicious wine to sip on its own. This aging time seems good. Still very fresh and aromatic and bright tasting and looking. Mellow tannins, soft mouthfeel. Enough acidity and flavors still. Would happily have many bottles of this!
