I LOVE this wine! I’ve had the ‘12 courtesy of @Martin G Rivard and it is so delicious. This ‘11 that Mark opened is just as good and at a better spot for opening. Not as black in the glass as the ‘12, I think the vintage allowed it some restraint as it showed very surprising acidity and secondary notes. Blackberries, blueberries and Mexican vanilla were there, but didn’t dominate. One of the best mixed blacks out there, in my opinion!
