Lunch club splurged the other day! Like no other Sancerre I've ever had. Honey, nuts, searing acid, beautiful texture and body, stones on stones on stones. Incredible in its youth, I can't imagine how awesome it will be in 7 years

Rarely disappoints and always a changing flavor and aromatic profile over the course of an evening. Always the classic Vatan traits, citrus , minerals, spearmint , ripeness but not heaviness but always evolving and rotating.
As I have said before a singular wine.

One of those bottles that you remember all your life, a fair 50€, I need to get more, that was an awesome treat for #winelover - unique Clos La Néore Sancerre, one of the purest Sauvignon Blanc, complex and it still so young - very charming, pure chalky soil a 3.6-acre parcel within the cru of Mont Damnés
