The 2018 vintage of this amazing white wine sold out. Luckily I bought a case! Pinot Blanc is a cousin to both Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir, but it’s so much better than Pinot Gris. Fruit for this wine is harvested from Five Mountain, Mount Richmond, and the Elk Cove Estate vineyards. Whole cluster pressed and cold fermented in small stainless tanks. 1800 cases produced (sold out). The nose is freshly cut honeysuckle with hints of citrus. Juicy on the palate with citrus, pear, and a nice minerality. It is an amazing Pinot Blanc.

Gorgeous straw color. Vibrant fruit on the nose and palate. Let it sit a minute in the glass and it opens into a beautiful glass of wine. Pear, stone fruit, straw. It’s an amazing Pinot Blanc!
