There isn’t much a more beautiful thing

N: Old boats, apples, Sea salt, iodine, shellac, caramel, burnt sugar, toffee.
P: Sea, citrus, crisp apples, brandied fruit peels, banana, , oh my, you could go on.

N:OLD Apples, spicy! Cinnamon and nutmeg. Old boats. The wharf. Shoe leather.smoke.( How is this possible?)
P: Old dessicated oranges , wood, chocolate,really pleasant bitter finish.
I could go on and on...

Smells like...amongst 1,000 other things,
Old Boats... in the the best way, pears, but old pears. Attics you haven’t explored. Greenish hue.
Saline palate, bracing and brackish . Dry straw, traces of vanilla in the far background. Loquats? Slightly tropical.
Nutty.


Oranges, shoe leather, rancio, almonds,
Saline swampy goodness on the palate.
Mouth filling, aftertaste of sourness way back on the tongue. Delicious! Very savory.

So brown it’s almost green. Dark color.
Funk on the nose like mossy and vegetal.
Sea grass. Herbal and medicinal. The palate entrance is almost metallic and brine, the ocean lurks. Med long finish.
