One of the better Fino I've enjoyed. Oxidized apple and nuttiness on the nose and palate. This is a fuller mouthfeel than most Fino. Made in a négociant manner.

I opened this a week ago for a paella party, had some of the bottle left in the frig. Even though some acidity has dropped, it still has enough nutty zing for a pre-dinner aperitif.
