A delicious summery white with a bright, well rounded flavour. On the nose there were notes of lime and green apple and on the palette tropical fruits and a cleansing acidic finish. I’m not a fan of highly acidic wines and this wine had a perfectly balanced, almost creamy, aftertaste. Reminded me of eating a lemon or lime pie. I will definitely be trying more varieties from these winemakers
