Light body with great favor. Had it with steak and potatoes and it was perfect.

Nose of alcohol and mild raspberry and cherry. Good mouth feel with some strawberry and cherry upfront, but a good amount of tannins and strong alcohol flavor dulls the fruit and spice.

2014 vintage. Medium bodied, strawberry, raspberry, a touch of vanilla. Not too sweet or heavy. 13.5% ABV.

A well balanced but full bodied PN. Very Californian but not a fruit bomb. Quite lush and full of aromatic red fruits with barely any oak and nothing icky. Ten bucks at Trader Joe's , this wine is a bargain. No, it's not burgundy, but it is good.
