Haven’t had wines from Fanny Sabre before. Don’t drink a ton of pommard, but this was nice. Definitely slightly more on the natural side for a burgundy, with a bit of brett and va. But the berries come through and there is some nice mineral linearity with medium acid. Finish perhaps a bit short.
