This 2012 Pinot Noir comes from the acclaimed Hirsch vineyard in the Fort Ross – Seaview region of the Sonoma Coast. The wine was aged 14 months in 62% new French oak barrels. 382 cases were made.

Nice wine albeit young and a but astringent now. Perhaps tannins/ acidity gives way to the lovely Fort Ross area fruits in coming years.
