Dense and inviting on the nose with green apples, apricots, lemon peel, jasmines, lavender, aromatic herbs, stone dust, white pepper, and a slight leesy aroma that mixes well with a slight creamy vanilla note on the end. Nice midbodied unctuous wine on the palate with intense lemon pith notes on entry intermixed with pears, green apples, apricots, a highly energetic midpalate with saline mineral notes that cut through to the long lasting spicy finish where the oak is so well folded in that its imperceptible.

Green apple, lemon pith, and cream surround a mineral core and a pleasant round acidity. ABV is a tad too high but otherwise a perfect foil for homemade tortilla soup! 😊
