Jan 2nd, 2015Less acidic than the Chapoutier 60 Grenache 40 Syrah. More rich less bright. Hints of cherry on the noes. Spicy on the finish. Burnt mineral taste. Dry finish

Sep 2nd, 2015A bit meh on first pass, but much improved as the bottle stayed open over the course of a week. I would leave this to aerate for at least an hour before drinking, otherwise the wine is quite bland, but overwhelmingly peppery on the hard palate.
