A good wine. A little bolder to end our night-easy drinking

Less acidic than the Chapoutier 60 Grenache 40 Syrah. More rich less bright. Hints of cherry on the noes. Spicy on the finish. Burnt mineral taste. Dry finish

A bit meh on first pass, but much improved as the bottle stayed open over the course of a week. I would leave this to aerate for at least an hour before drinking, otherwise the wine is quite bland, but overwhelmingly peppery on the hard palate.
