Burgundy red in color, somewhat unusual for an Oregon Pinot (which tend to purple), moderately extracted pigment. Barrel, blackberry, earth notes in nose on initial pour. Menthol and vanilla flavors in front, blackberry and blueberry emerge in finish alongside the initial flavors. Mild light skin astringency in finish, aftertaste. Still developing... Softens after ten minutes, cherry flavor emerges with length, soft, more rounded mouthfeel, ok acidity. Barrel smoke and wood spice emerge after an hour, a bit much of the latter for me...

My last one of these. All it has done is get better with age. Just a spectacular Oregon Pinot Noir.

This is Oregon Pinot Noir. Full, smooth, balanced. Lots of dark and red fruit. Grant Coulter is a great winemaker and X-Novo is my fave. Outstanding!

Love this wine! Medium body, great fruit forward, awesome by itself or paired with a meal.

Light summer red; pleasant, easy, smooth drinking. Floral nose, red-berried palate. Deep cranberry color. Drinks with more ripened berries as it breaths. A good stand-alone or with a meal.

Dark red berries (blackberries) and peppery spice. High acidity. Firm tannins. Savory meaty quality.

Bouquet of aromatic florals, yellow apples, and nutty/woodsy spices. Round-bodied palate; crisp honey, French oak, and graininess. Great acidity. Normally not a Chardonnay person, but this one may have made me a convert. Amazing OR Chardonnay!
