A little too sweet when first opened but if you let it decant a bit it's a great budget wine. Silky (like the name) with fruit forward currant flavors and a hint of cocoa powder. Got it at Meijer liquor for like $15.

A dry sweet red? A sweet dry red? The answer is yes to both. Silky smooth as advertised, however I’m not getting hints of Malbec or Shirah as advertised. Feels like a cheap, sugary red dressing up as a classy red. Not bad, just not my style.
