Pretty Tania, interesting but not too funky

Approachable with just a little naturalness to it. Really grew on us. Finished the bottle in one go!

Tart, but friendly. A beautiful experience.

Tart apple. Crisp with a little funk.

Orange blossom, honey, green tea, and hay. Light, juicy, and dry.

Cooked apples, chamomile flowers, ripe peach, long mineral finish, slight funk and dry. Definitely a wine to decant. I feel it opened up in about an hour time which helped it round out.
