May 24th, 2018Bursting with berries. Strong notes of Blueberry, and CHERRY! This Pinot is also magically soft and medium bodied, whilst still having a reasonable acidity and tannins. Hard to describe, but needless to say this wine goes PERFECTLY with so many foods form seafood, pizza, even with veal or chicken, though it would lose a little bit with a steak.
