Oh, just a humble little Cotes du Rhone BTG for fall @ NoMad (Shhhh... Only vintage ever made & it's Chaillots!)

Wow. Delicious and complex. It could easily pass as a high end CdP.

Great young vine Syrah from Cornas. Thanks is due to either/or @sarahmchappell , @jfritchie Wine Bodistavvas, all.

No brainer buy. Awesome. Pure expression of Syrah.

Paired well with steak

This wine only manages to get better as the years go on. Violets, bacon, black fruits, cheeseburgers, pickles. It's all there and nuts that I was able to get a case of this 4 years ago.

Still delivering the goods. Cheeseburgers shrouded in Violets.

This disappeared with the rib eye present. They were matching.

Simply delicious.
