Jan 1st, 2017Still developing—the sharp acid and round body have not yet figured out how to compliment rather than compete. But they will in a few (?) years and I will be here for it. Ripe lemon, jalepeno, chalk, wet stone, a tropical note that’s not yet fully there but may steal the show.

Opened up to a classic sec Vouvray. Yum!
