A white to savor. Beautiful precision from one of the benchmark producers of Vouvray. Wet wool, oxidized yellow apple, creamy viscosity on the palate still presenting as dry. This will age for years to come. Incredibly complex, I got something new every time I revisited the glass.

This feels like a Vouvray week. This wine was balanced like a dreidel. Beautiful sweetness, but still got a zing of acidity. Thank you Loire.
