Pale gold in color. Fresh, sweet lemons, pineapple, minerality carry well into a super mid palate full of nice texture. A clean and mineral driven finish. Steel fermentation only on the yeasts, battonage adds a fuller texture without weight. Tropical and fresh with good acids. One of my favorites whites on the trip, best under $15.
